A little deceiving, lake is really a rather small pond! No campfires are allowed and sites are a little close. Kind of parking lot-ish! The up side is that the restrooms/laundry and pool were very nice, and there was a fairly good view of mountains and we had elk that walked right through the park.
We loved this place. We stayed in the ranch camp, and had a great site with a nice view and some privacy! Decent showers and laundry. There are about 5 different areas to pick from. The camp area between the pool and stables was full sun but all the other areas appeared spacious and at least partial shade; nice pool and store. Lots of open space to walk, ride bikes etc. Would defineately return!
Restrooms very small for all the sites, but clean, the kids enjoyed the pool. Sites were very very tight. Like a parking lot. I could have touched the camper next to me. No fires allowed unless you rented a fire pit from them! Tons of freeway noise! Would probably skip this place and pull into the Wall Mart parking lot next time!
